Morning Burn

Wake up! This spirited class will get you going and keep you revved for your day! Look forward to a combo of core, strength, and breath.

New yogi or veteran, this class is designed for everyone!


Gentle Flow

4:30-5:15pm

 

Pause to re-center and reconnect. Come with an open heart as you move gently according to breath. Explore and expand your yoga practice.


Restorative

Sun 4-5pm

 

This restorative class is sure to leave you relaxed and recharged for your upcoming week. The supportive poses will enhance about benefits to your physical and mental health.


Noon Flow

12-12:45pm

 

Take a break mid-day to take care of yourself.  This class will help you get through that afternoon drag and keep you invigorated for the rest of your day. Re-focus your mind and recharge your body.


Basic Yin

4:30-5:15pm

 

A sweet combo of relaxing yin yoga and a slow flow practice to leave you feeling calm, stretched, and rejuvenated. Poses will be lingered in to find alignment and a mind/body connection. This class will help create healthy flexibility and stabiity leaving you feeling blissful.


Evening Burn

Feel invigorated! This fun and energizing class will stretch and strengthen you! Look for a combo of core, light weight training, and stress relief.


Candle Light

7-8pm

 

End your day with a peaceful flow and soothing music. Unwind from the day in the candlelit room. You will leave in a state of bliss and ready for bed! 


Yin Yoga
Friday
12-12:45pm

 

Available for yogis of any level, this practice brings the body and mind into balance. Postures are largely seated and held for long periods of time. This class targets the connective tissue within the body to relax the muscles and mind.  A regular yin practice promotes and increase flexibility and range of motion.


Community Class
2nd Saturday of the month
9-10am

 

This peppy class is designed to connect the body and mind. Enjoy a vigorous workout, increased flexibility, and a happy mind!
